This accreditation, granted through the Conference Vetting System (CVS), confirms that the event meets the highest ethical standards for industry support and collaboration.

Ethical MedTech accreditation is a key marker of transparency and professionalism within the medical technology sector. It ensures that educational and scientific events are organised independently, with integrity, and in full compliance with MedTech Europe’s ethical framework.

Under the CVS, an independent review process assesses whether an event is suitable for financial support from MedTech Europe and Mecomed member companies, including educational grants, exhibition sponsorship, and participation in symposia. Only events that receive a positive assessment are deemed appropriate for industry support, helping to maintain trust across the healthcare ecosystem.
